How we work

How we work

We run parallel to your supply chain — you define it, we source it.

We run parallel to your supply chain — you define it, we source it.

Tell us your target profile, volume, and price point. We go to origin, cup candidates across our network of 500+ Colombian farmers, and only present what fits — no catalogue browsing, no compromise.

Whether you need a bright Nariño washed, heavy-bodied Huila natural, or nutty/chocolate for your espresso — we source it for you.

We built Parallel on one idea: the fewer hands between a farmer and a roaster, the better for everyone. Better price for the buyer. Better livelihood for the producer.

Every sourcing request runs through us directly no brokers, no intermediaries, no inflated margins. Just Colombian coffee, traced to the farm it came from.

Who we are

Who we are

Our focus is simple:

We built a sourcing operation with agronomists, quality analysts, and farmer relationships that most importers pay intermediaries to access. We sit at origin. That's not a talking point, it's the reason this model works.

Our founder spent twenty years in technology, innovation and operations. Our ops team is led by a fifth-generation Colombian coffee farmer.

This is what makes us different.

From Origin, to serving you.

FAQ.

FAQ.

Got questions? We’ve got answers. Here’s everything you need to know about working with us.

Where is the coffee from?

We currently work exclusively with Colombian farmers, as this focus allows us to deepen our impact through our platform.

Do you do spot purchase?

We focus exclusively on container-scale orders. 150 bags minimum. It keeps the supply chain clean and gives you better pricing than spot purchasing ever could. If you have a timeline and a volume in mind, reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.

Where do you ship?

Our primary markets are Dubai, Japan, and the USA — but we ship anywhere in the world. If you need it landed somewhere, tell us where.

How does your impact platform work?

We pay for quality, not commodity. Every farmer in our network is compensated above market rate when their coffee meets the bar — which is an incentive to grow better, not just more. Our impact fund goes further: supporting farm infrastructure, education, and community projects in the regions we source from.

Do you handle customs/logistics?

Yes, we offer both FOB Cartagena and CIF, allowing us to accommodate your preferred shipping terms.

Do you offer payment terms?

At this time, we do not. Upon order confirmation, a 50% deposit is required to begin sourcing and consolidating the coffee. The remaining 50% is collected once the container arrives at the port of Cartagena.
